We specialise in fitting running, fitness and sports footwear using advanced technology to ensure the perfect match for your individual needs. We also have a wide range of children’s trainers and offer a comprehensive fitting service to ensure that they are wearing the correct size trainers for their growing feet. Our individually tailored approach ensures that every shoe we recommend is designed to suit your unique requirements, whether for running, walking, hiking, or everyday fitness.
At Run Walk Sport we believe that sports shoes should be fitted by a professional and for that reason we do not sell sports shoes online. If you do know exactly what you would like to order, we can post pre-ordered items at cost.
Working alongside Podiatrists, our highly trained, experienced staff, undertake your Bio Mechanical Assessment and Gait Analysis a step further. The process includes a computerised pressure analysis that maps how the foot loads during the gait cycle. This allows us to identify where changes need to be made to relieve and prevent pain and injuries, and improve efficiency with the introduction of custom fitted insoles, heel support and orthotics if required. The cost is £20. Prebooking is recommended, allow 30 – 40 minutes, and you will receive £20 off if you purchase new trainers after the assessment.

We are proud to support Sporting Events held across Hampshire and have teamed up with Sports Events organisers Big Feat and Challenging Events as well as local Running Clubs and Gyms.
We are also affiliated with CJA Sports Massage Therapy who specialise in sports massage, injury prevention and recovery. They are based in Swanmore, Hampshire.
